St. Paul Boards

  • Executive Board - (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer) responsibility for the continuing orderly and efficient administration and general planning of affairs of the congregation.  Shall act in behalf of the Church Council in emergency matters.  

  • Church Council - consists of the executive board with each chairman or designee from each board eligible to cast one vote.  Shall be responsible to make policy and administer the affairs of the congregation as determined by the Voter's Assembly. 

  • Evangelism & Missions - shall plan and administer all missionary outreach programs withing the congregation, community, and the world.

  • Stewardship - shall plan, promote and administer a forceful stewardship program within the congregation, assess the time and talent potential of the congregation, and promote giving among the members.

  • Elders - shall determine regular and special services, be responsible for the administration of the Lord's Supper and Holy Baptism. Work with Pastor to develop and implement a Confirmation program.  Shall maintain up-to-date lists of members and to regain delinquent and inactive members.

  • Properties - shall maintain and have control all of the real and personal property of the congregation.  Determine the needs of the congregation's property and make recommendations to the Church Council regarding repairs or replacements.

  • Parish Education - shall be in charge of all educational materials for children and adult courses.  Shall maintain the church library.

  • Youth - shall plan, promote and execute a forceful program for the congregation's young people, promoting the presence, love, and power of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

  • Member-At-Large - representative for the congregation within the Council.
